Dr. DoRosario is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and has over 30 years of experience as a primary care physician. He was the founding member and Medical Director of PriMed, a large multispecialty physician group that excelled in Quality Incentive Programs, Care Coordination, and early adoption of technology. In 2014, Dr. DoRosario joined the Yale New Haven Health System and served as Chief Medical Officer for NEMG/Yale New Haven Health, a multispecialty ambulatory group of over 700 physicians. Dr. DoRosario has held various leadership roles and served on advisory councils related to quality, performance improvement, patient experience, and population health. He is the Clinical Lead to launch Telehealth in Primary Care. He has also held faculty appointments in Columbia University School of Medicine, Quinnipiac University School of Medicine, and Yale School of Medicine. He is the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in patient care and teaching. Dr. DoRosario completed his undergraduate education at Strathmore College, Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa and graduated from the Universidad de Navarra, Facultad de Medicina, Pamplona, Spain. He completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center/Yale School of Medicine. He currently serves as Chief Population Health Officer at Northeast Medical Group/YNHHS.
