Katie Younkin

Katie has applied her 12 years of engineering background to the last 4 years transitioning her problem defining and efficient process skills to the Healthcare industry at Asante Health System. Katie’s role at Asante is to create and facilitate process for strategically aligned change from concept assessment to implementation as the lead of the Project Management Office. Telemedicine is a project she has lead since her start at Asante, helping the system consider workflows, technology and timing of need for inpatient and outpatient telemedicine solutions.
