Rebecca Lenz, MHA, is the Chief Care delivery Officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health. In her current role, Rebecca provides strategic and operational leadership for the ministry’s current and future care delivery platform. Her responsibilities include service line operations, medical informatics and clinical integration, virtual health/telemedicine, consumer centric programs, and CVO/delegated payer enrollment.
Rebecca joined Bon Secours Health System in February 2018 as vice president of Operations, Provider Networks where she was responsible for providing strategic leadership to Bon Secours Medical Group (BSMG) which spans across four states and five local health systems. In this role, she led efforts to increase patient access, develop a standardized budget process, implement BSMG system-wide provider communications and guide the deployment of clinical guidelines for depression screening and treatment across BSMG.
Prior to joining Bon Secours, Rebecca served at Catholic Health Initiatives in Iowa for 20 years in various roles. Most recently she was the Director of Clinical Integration and Revenue Integrity where she was responsible for clinical integration, physician revenue cycle, provider/facility enrollment and operational leadership across the state-wide physician enterprise.
