Sean Edmunds

Dr. Sean Edmunds is an experienced OBGYN who is dedicated to his patients. Originally from Twin Falls, Idaho, Dr. Edmunds studied neuroscience at Brigham Young University before graduating from the University of Washington School of Medicine. While in medical school, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society, a life-long honor and one of the highest awards available for medical professionals. During his residency at the University of Utah, Dr. Edmunds was also named “Best Midwife Consultant.”

Dr. Edmunds confirmed his interest in medicine at a young age after being treated himself for various accidents as a child and watching a close family member battle uterine cancer. He would solidify his desire to be an OBGYN during medical school after his own son was born and once he delivered his first baby as a third-year student. Dr. Edmunds would go on to complete an OBGYN rotation and realize that delivering babies was the most amazing thing he could ever do. He can’t imagine doing anything else.
