Shane Fleming

Mr. Shane M. Fleming has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including clinical roles as a paramedic and registered nurse primarily in 911 systems, emergency departments, critical care and aeromedical. Additionally, he has held multiple leadership, administrative, and educational positions in the industry as well as entrepreneur roles in start-up companies including serving several healthcare technology companies in consulting or advisory roles. In 2011, Mr. Fleming received his master’s in nursing as a health system specialist in administration, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and served as graduate adjunct faculty. In 2013 Mr. Fleming was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Nebraska State Board of Health and currently chairs the Public Health, Education and Legislative committee of the Board. In 2014 Mr. Fleming co-founded Teledigm Health and Bryan Telemedicine, a company currently offering over 45 service lines and operating in over 75 facilities in eight states. Mr. Fleming currently serves as chief operating and development officer for both entities.
