This session is designed to identify areas of emergency behavioral health specific to promoting and creating a system where behavioral health management aligns with traditional medicine. On par with STEMI/STOKE/SEPSIS, emergency behavioral health management could benefit from the development of telehealth standards of care and clinical practice guidelines in order to reduce risk and increase patient and staff satisfaction.
