Telehealth in the COVID Era: The Health System Response to a Pandemic

Providence St Joseph Health cared for the first patient diagnosed with COVID-19 in the U.S. Telehealth was an important component of that care as well as our overall response to the pandemic. We rapidly scaled telehealth across the care continuum, including new services for triage, testing, and treating the communities we serve in the Western U.S. This session will provide a brief overview of that work and our path going forward.
